Beppos for Heath & Jessie

We had a Kohler family dinner in Seattle at Buca di Beppo in celebration of Heath & Jessie (Matt's cousin and wife). They both graduated from Northwest University! Congrats and goodluck you two! Lucky for us- it was in Seattle! Charlotte enjoyed singing with her great uncle Kimo!

The Happy Hum

SO it is not easy to catch on film- but I got a little piece of it! It is the Happy Hum! Charlotte does this funny "hum" when she is walking and content. She does it on our walks to the park, walking around at the zoo, through the mall... There are a few requirements for the happy hum...

1. She is happy!
2. She is walking in a wide open space.
3. She doesn't have to hold a hand.

2 is perfect for the Zoo!

We took Charlotte to the zoo last summer, but this age is really great for a zoo adventure! She is really into animals and animal sounds right now, so everytime we saw an animal she made their sounds. It was pretty darn cute! I think her favorite was the monkey. She didn't want to leave- and the monkey was just as entertained by Charlotte!
